You will experience the essence of island resort living

design layout of our homes. Two single level 3 bedroom units
occupy the lower floor of each building and two single level
2 bedroom units encompass the upper floor. The living area
of the three bedroom units are approximately 1,320 sq.ft.,
the two bedroom units are approximately 1,244 sq.ft.
Spacious, open and directed toward views describes the
interior design layout of our units. Ceiling heights on
the first floor reach up to 9'4" with vaulted ceilings
up to 13' in height on the second level. Dual paned vinyl
windows and lanai or deck sliding doors create natural ventilation
to enjoy our wonderful Hawaiian trade winds.
Each unit will include one enclosed detached garage and
one assigned open parking. Ceiling heights are 8'6"
providing additional storage space and automatic overhead
sectional rolling doors with remote controls are included.
